Mount Vernon Nazerene University – Prof Tuel

Prof Tuel was my college writing professor at Mvnu. He would start class of every day with a devotional, and try to twist the scripture To fit his liberal agenda. During the refugee crisis he read every day about helping your neighbor, and loving your enemy. Knowing that I’m a die hard conservative, he would give me a look, and say “something to think about with what’s going on in the world”

American University – School Campus

Students for Liberty and College Republicans planted Flags in the ground for Veterans Day. Within 1 hour – Administration began to remove the flags citing that “they obstructed campus rules.” We clearly had a permit to plant flags to support Vets.

Linn-Benton Community College – Rebeka Day

Near the end of the term the instructor asked the class if the United States would be considered a “terrorist nation”. I immediately raised my hand and called out “no”. She asked the question again in a very negative way. Without hesitation I gave a resounding “NO”. (I am a U.S. Army Vet) she went on a two minute long “vent” on how many countries/regions we “attacked/occupied/terrorized” in the name of “freedom” and before I could answer she “conveniently” moved on to the next lesson.

I am also the only conservative in a moderate/liberal student newspaper and I am in constant battle with my editors over my columns.

Central Washington University

My college republican chapter had posters advertising our latest meeting approved by the school. We had every single poster stamped with the seal of school approval (literally!). Our posters asked students “Should the media be able to mock religion?”, as a response to the “Je Suis Charlie” movement. They showed the magazine cover of Mohammed holding the “Je Suis Charlie” sign with what translates to “all is forgiven,” Charlie Hedbo’s response to the attacks. We walked all over campus hanging up posters on wednesday. Then I walk out of my political science class on Friday to see all the posters missing, only to discover that the posters were now missing all over campus. My college has a strict rule about not taking down posters, my college republican group also has a strict respect policy. We require members to be polite to all and not personally put down or d isrespect others views. Republicans get a lot of criticism for being hateful, sexist, racist, ect. but who’s really being hateful here?

Fitchburg State Univeristy – Professor Rhonda D. Evans

Couldn’t really point to a select example. Being in her Introduction to Sociology Class was morally taxing. Can’t really feel like I am doing the right the Lord intended for me to do when I forced to lie to keep my grades in the good state that they are currently. I have to fake it as a communist, talking like one and writing like one. I keep my head down all the time and have to admire the U.S. Army Veteran and U.S. Marine-Reservist who fight the teacher at every point, defending the constitution and western civilization’s values. However, its sad that the U.S. Army Veteran is being swayed to the Professor’s indoctrination while the Marine stands firm. The experiment data and research presented are often false or otherwise ignore the scientific method all together. All discussions tie back to the central theme of the wealthy, white, republican, racist, class controlling the wealth, media and politics of this country. The class serves only to demagogue the values of the Republican Party and further lull its students into socialist thought with factual basis. It intimidates those who chose to present other arguments or contrary evidence. I didn’t want to think my university could suffer the same sad fate of others, but it has unfortunately done so. The worst about this class is that its non-negotiable and is mandatory for my communications degree in film and video production, as it is for all other degrees. Conservative artists, writers and so on beware, for there is another hurdle to leap over in your pursuit of being the next Clint Eastwood.

Central Michigan University -Prof. Stewart

My prof. is a very opinionated liberal. I have no problem with this because we all have our opinions and freedom of speech. However, any video he has ever shown in class has only knocked down the Republican party. He consistently calls out conservative students. Today he fought all the conservative students on the voter ID debate. He told the class that the Republican party is for voter IDs because they want to confine who can vote and that voter fraud doesn’t exist. He finished the class by showing a movie that talked of the corruption of the Republican party and the corruption of all the groups the Republican party touches. Including, wait for it…The College Republicans Organization…

Miami University – Professor Chris Kelley

I took a Mass Media & Modern Politics course last year with Chris Kelley and he constantly said absurd things about Republicans. He often made the claim that there was no liberal bias in the media and claimed it was invented by Conservatives to make them feel better about their unpopularity in society. I was active in the College Republicans chapter on our campus and he knew this. I would often offer my opinion on whatever topic we were discussing and he would roll his eyes constantly and sometimes even refuse to call on me. However, he made sure to call on the College Democrats President, who also happened to be in my class, every chance he had. I earned an A on every exam in that course, but a C- for my participation grade & it was worth it. God Bless Elephants.

Chatham University – Professor Gray

At Chatham, we have to take mandatory mission classes (2 Environmental, 2 Global and 2 Women’s centered classes). I took Ethics and Women’s Issues with Dr. Gray and before every class, we would have to read articles to discuss. After reading countless liberal-biased articles all semester, one article clearly stated “Conservatives are responsible for oppression to women.” When I politely brought up in discussion that the statement is false (using strong right wing women politicians as examples to counter the claim) I was immediately ambushed by many students arguing “right wing politics is, in fact, oppression to women” very rudely. Dr. Gray then proceeded to add his own view point bringing up the “debilitating pay wage gap” I had given my respect and kept my mouth shut all semester long listening to their crazy “women are oppressed”, “women are victims” claim s. I have a duty to speak up (politely, yet firmly), because my right wing views need to be heard, even when i am the only conservative in the room.

Northeastern University – Professor Richard Swasey

In 2012 I took Intro to Finance with Richard Swasey. One day in discussion about the national debt, he says “the only way to fix this country’s national debt is to raise taxes.” I raised my hand and asked about cutting spending, and he looked at me like I had a second head. Throughout the remaining semester I made a point of making conservative remarks in class every day about the economy, while the rest of the class didn’t even participate. He ended up giving me an awful participation grade, resulting in a C for the course.
